Success Criteria:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have an active security clearance of TS/SCI with either lifestyle or full scope polygraph.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or in Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Science. This requirement may be waived in lieu of significant experience.
• Must be a visionary with an active imagination and be able to think outside the box for creative solutions.
• 5+ years of design experience (e.g. UX, graphic design, web design)
• (X)HTML and CSS experience (JavaScript skills helpful)
• Experienced with common design, image processing, and production tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and other Adobe Creative Suite products).
• Must be able to work in the Columbia/Fort Meade area.
• All candidates will be required to submit samples of their work.
